LevelBlue Named Growth Index Leader in MDR by Frost & Sullivan

Frost & Sullivan has recognized LevelBlue as a Growth Index leader in the just-released Frost Radar: Managed Detection and Response, 2025. Companies plotted on the Frost Radar are the leaders in the industry for growth, innovation, or both.

This recognition indicates LevelBlue is a leader in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and an organization others should look to when deciding how to best solve their cybersecurity needs. Frost singled out LevelBlue’s USM Anywhere, a proprietary open XDR platform that is the foundation for its MDR service.

LevelBlue USM Anywhere delivers powerful threat detection, incident response, and compliance management in one unified platform,” Frost noted, adding, “It combines the essential security capabilities needed for effective security monitoring across your cloud and on-premises environments: asset discovery, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, endpoint detection and response, behavioral monitoring, SIEM log management, and continuous threat intelligence.”

Frost & Sullivan chose LevelBlue from a competitive field of more than 120 industry participants with revenue exceeding $1 million. Frost & Sullivan independently benchmarked 19 of the leading MDR providers for this Frost Radar analysis.

Eliminate threats quickly and precisely with proven MDR.

The analyst firm's evaluation of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services covered core capabilities like detection and response, data analysis, incident response, and threat hunting. They also assessed the integration of GenAI and agentic AI, the availability of adjacent services and integrations, and the providers' overall visibility and actionability across security environments. Proactive elements, including threat intelligence and Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), were reviewed alongside business factors such as customer strategy, R&D spending, revenue growth, and sales/marketing.

Frost & Sullivan: Why LevelBlue

Frost & Sullivan’s report cited multiple reasons why organizations in the MDR should consider LevelBlue an excellent option from an innovation and potential growth perspective.

On the innovation side, Frost & Sullivan noted how LevelBlue has developed its USM Anywhere delivery platform into a powerful threat detection, incident response, and compliance management tool. One that combines the essential security capabilities needed for effective security monitoring across cloud and on-premises environments: asset discovery, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, endpoint detection and response, behavioral monitoring, SIEM log management, and continuous threat intelligence.

The analyst firm continued, noting that LevelBlue has created a platform that enables over 800 integrations with third-party security solutions and tools, including more than 40 Advanced BlueApps with extended integration capabilities and API-level responses.

Looking forward to next year, the provider plans to deliver the breadth of these services through a unified management platform that will launch in 2026 and support an enhanced, continuous, and contextual feedback loop across security operations, dramatically enhancing posture, resilience, and preparedness.

When it comes to LevelBlue's continued growth in the sector, Frost & Sullivan highlighted how the company keeps its finger on the pulse of the MDR market, including comprehensive visibility and integration of the ecosystem and security stack, building an AI-powered SOC, and enhancing detection and response with proactive security.

The firm’s strategic approach aligns closely with its R&D investments, and Frost & Sullivan expects LevelBlue to continue to thrive in the highly competitive MDR space.
