Spencer Lynch is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services for LevelBlue, where he is responsible for the development and global delivery of LevelBlue’s consulting offerings. Spencer brings more than 20 years of experience in consulting with technology and cyber strategy, risk management, and cyber incident investigations.

Prior to joining LevelBlue, Spencer held roles at Aon, Stroz Friedberg, and EY. Spencer has an extensive track record leading businesses, teams, and high profile/high stakes projects with clients across the globe. He has testified as an expert on matters of computer technology, cyber security, digital forensics, and fraud & corruption in multiple jurisdictions, including multiple district courts in the USA, the High Court in the United Kingdom, and international arbitration. He has a bachelor degree from Duke University in Computer Science and Public Policy.
