Trustwave provides support via our Fusion portal & telephone. If you are using the Managed Security Testing portal service, your primary method to communicate with our MST support team is through our Fusion portal.
To submit a request: log into the Trustwave Fusion portal, go to the Support Box -> Tickets -> New Ticket -> Category: Security Testing Support -> Subcategory -> (Please choose). This method allows you to submit support requests, questions, concerns, or any other issue to support in a protected manner. All issues are tracked via an Internal "Ticket".
Every ticket is categorized by type of issue, prioritized according to the Severity of the issue, and then assigned to the proper level of support personnel.
If a particular case requires additional attention, our escalation procedures ensure every issue is addressed by an appropriately skilled engineer in a timely manner.
