Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring employee review platform, has awarded Trustwave awards for “Best Company Perks and Benefits,” “Best Compensation,” and “Happiest Employees.”
These accolades were awarded based on Trustwave employee ratings and direct feedback around culture, leadership, and development opportunities direct feedback that Comparably collected.

Trustwave's commitment to its employees is further demonstrated by its most recent employee survey, where the overall engagement score improved 10 points over the previous year and 21 points over the last three years. Additionally, Trustwave’s voluntary attrition rate has witnessed a meaningful drop in the last year.
Additionally, Trustwave’s Glassdoor score also improved from 3.4 to 4.4 between January 2022 and October 2023.
