Keith Ibarguen

Chief Technology Officer

Keith Ibarguen is the Chief Technology Officer at LevelBlue, where he leads the company’s engineering product development and SpiderLabs research. With over 25 years of extensive experience in software, cybersecurity, and leadership, Keith has dedicated his career to tackling complex challenges and translating vision into tangible results.

Most recently, he served Vice President of Engineering at Trustwave and as Chief Product Officer at Cofense, where he spearheaded strategic planning, architecture, development, deployment, and security of the product suite. Prior to Cofense, Keith was Chief Engineer at MITRE Corporation for over two decades, leading technical cybersecurity initiatives for various government agencies.

Keith is actively engaged in industry and academic communities. He has served as a board member for the Association for Corporate Growth and chaired the Washington Technology Showcase committee, which executes world-class technology and investment events on cybersecurity, healthcare, biomedical systems, and space. Additionally, Keith sat on the Board of Advisors for academic programming of Tulane University’s Information Technology Program and is an active member of Okeanos, a venture capital investment firm involved in early-stage growth companies across multiple verticals. Keith is also a delegate to The World Innovation Network.
