Manish Narula

Chief Business Officer

Manish Narula is the Chief Business Officer at LevelBlue, where he leads the company’s global finance, HR, legal, and IT functions. With a long-standing career as a seasoned business operator, investor, and acquirer, Manish brings a distinctive blend of strategic vision, financial depth, and operational discipline, and a reputation for scaling technology organizations through transformation, driving disciplined execution, and creating long-term enterprise value.

Prior to joining LevelBlue, Manish served as CEO and Board Member of Cybereason, where he led the company through a pivotal phase culminating in its successful sale to LevelBlue. Before becoming CEO, he served as Cybereason’s CFO, driving financial rigor, operational alignment, and major strategic transformation initiatives.

Manish previously served as an Executive in Residence and Investor at SoftBank Corp. Before that, he was the CFO of Treasure Data, where he oversaw finance, operations, and long-term strategic planning during a period of rapid growth. Earlier in his career, Manish spent five years at Arm as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy, leading corporate strategy development, M&A, strategic investments, and global partnerships that helped shape the company’s long-term trajectory.

His career also includes a significant tenure at Microsoft in corporate development, where he executed major acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments across multiple business units. Manish began his professional journey as an engineer and later worked in investment banking at Thomas Weisel Partners.

Manish holds an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jalandhar in India.
