Maria J. Cardow is the Chief Information Officer at LevelBlue, where she leads global technology strategy and innovation. She brings over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise leadership.
Prior to joining LevelBlue, Maria held senior leadership roles at Aon, serving as Global CIO and CISO for its Cyber Solutions business. While with Aon, she oversaw the development of advanced security infrastructure, forensic capabilities, and AI-driven security initiatives that strengthened organizational resilience. Her strategic vision has enabled successful digital transformations and operational excellence across diverse industries.
Maria is recognized as a thought leader and frequent speaker on topics including cybersecurity, generative AI, team building, and diversity, equity & inclusion. She is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive teams and advancing innovation in technology. Maria holds an AB in Sociology and Economics from the University of Chicago and completed the Chief Information Security Officer program at Carnegie Mellon University.
