Neil Manna

Chief Financial Officer

Neil Manna is the Chief Financial Officer for LevelBlue. Neil brings more than 25 years of accounting, finance and operational experience in technology businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 200 companies to the role. Prior to joining LevelBlue from his CFO position at Trustwave, Neil served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at DXC Technology. During his five years at DXC, Neil was a member of the CEO global leadership team and played an integral role in the merger of Computer Science Corporation (CSC) with the Enterprise Services (ES) division of HPE to form DXC.

In addition to being involved in many other M&A initiatives, he also led the spin-off of DXC’s public sector business into a new public company, Perspecta (now called Peraton) as well as the carve-out of DXC’s digital and cloud-enhanced solutions business for the Health and HR services now called Gainwell Technologies. Neil previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting at CA Technologies, where he led a major transformation of the company’s global accounting function.
