Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for LevelBlue Partners and Suppliers

As part of LevelBlue’s on going commitment to data protection and privacy, we are required to formalize data processing arrangements with all suppliers that may process personal data on LevelBlue’s behalf.

In alignment with data protection mandates, LevelBlue has prepared a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which outlines obligations. The DPA is intended to apply globally to the extent any personal data under our relationship falls within the scope of any data privacy regulation.

Here, “partners” includes all 3rd parties that store or process personal data on behalf of LevelBlue. 

To ensure (and document) that our partners are compliant with data protection regulations, please follow the process below to execute a DPA.

To proceed with the execution of the DPA, please follow the instructions below:

  • Request a copy of the DPA by sending an email here
  • Download and review the provided DPA
  • Provide an authorized signature
  • Scan and return via email here


Alternatively, if your organization prefers to use its own DPA, you may submit your proposed agreement for our legal team’s review at customer_contracts@levelblue.com.

Failure to execute a DPA between our companies may result in suspension of data sharing and processing activities between our companies. Please send any questions to Privacy@LevelBlue.com.
