Data Privacy: Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for LevelBlue Customers

As global data protection and privacy regulations continue to evolve, encompassing without limit to, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), and others, organizations are required to implement robust safeguards and procedures for the lawful processing of personal data. 

LevelBlue, as a data processor and service provider, is committed to maintaining compliance with the applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate and conduct business. 

To support our compliance efforts and provide our customers with the necessary contractual assurances and transparency, we have prepared a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). This DPA incorporates the key obligations and commitments required under various privacy regulations.
